Bagger Bucks Rewards – Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 4th 2025
Welcome to the Bagger Bucks Rewards Program (“Program”), offered by Brown Bagger (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in or using the Program, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
1. Eligibility
- Membership is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
- Only one account per person is permitted.
- A valid email address must be provided to enroll and maintain membership.
2. Earning Points
- Members will earn 1 Bagger Buck Point (“Point”) for every $1.50 spent at Brown Bagger, excluding tax, tip, and certain promotional items.
- Points are automatically added to your account following eligible purchases.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
3. Redeeming Rewards
- Points may be redeemed once a member accrues at least 50 Points, which is equal to a $5 reward.
- Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers.
- Redemption must occur at the time of purchase, and rewards cannot be applied to past transactions.
4. Expiration of Points
- Points will expire one (1) year from the date they are earned if not redeemed.
- Expired Points will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
5. Program Changes and Termination
- The Brown Bagger Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Program, rewards structure, or these Terms at any time, without prior notice.
- In the event of Program termination, members will have 30 days to redeem any unexpired Points.
6. Limitations of Liability
- Brown Bagger is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused accounts.
- The Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
7. Privacy
- Member information, including email addresses, will be used in accordance with Brown Bagger’s Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Bagger Bucks Rewards Program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
